No one likes the stress of being involved in a car accident. Without a doubt my first place to go to was Steve's. From start to finish I knew what was going on. Totally embarrassing but this is the second time I've had them fix my car! The shop is clean and tidy and everyone is so helpful. My car looks like new! We go there from west boylston and totally worth the haul! Highly recommend!

I have had some bad luck with my brand new 4 runner. 3 incidents in the matter of 4 months. Steve's collision handled all three for me. My car was fixed to original state brand new, my rental was waiting for me, and the timing of the repairs were unbelievably quick every time.  I was referred to Steve's collision by 3 separate people while searching for a shop to handle my repairs. I will now refer people there myself. There is nothing I could say that would have made my experience better. I'm extremely happy with all three visits. Now I hope I can stay out of the repair shop for a little while. Lol

This isn't a review of their business, just their customer service and hospitality. I got into an accident in Sturbridge and was stuck outside the tow company in zero degree weather. Steve's Collision Center was directly across the street, and when I went inside looking for warmth the woman there was beyond generous, offering me tea, coffee, whatever I needed. She helped me call the tow company, looked up flights for me to get home to New York, and overall provided comfort in a (extreme) time of need. Lovely people!

Brenda and the staff at Steve's collision are wonderful to work with. My brand new Shelby GT350 was hit in a parking lot in the rear bumper. I brought it to Steve's collision and when i got it back you never would have known it had been damaged. Plus they make the whole ordeal as easy as possible. My car was fixed right the first time and was delivered back to me when they said it was going to be. I always recommend them when someone asks for a good place to go get body work done.

Unlucky Christmas night accident with a deer running in front of our car. Very Lucky that I took my car to Steves Coillision. They repaired our car quickly, professional and expertly. When we got our car back it looked brand new even though it is a 2012. We are so happy with the service and workmanship that they provided.

I highly recommend Steve’s Collision Center if you have ever been in an accident! They were fantastic during the repair process and really made me feel taken care of! They answered all my questions and kept the communication going unlike my insurance company! Brenda was very patient and really does care about the customers. They did an A+++++ job on repairing my car! When I got it back it was like a new car. Looks so much better now than before the accident! 😄 FYI: they were referred to me by someone else! If I ever need body work done on my car again ( hopefully I won’t lol) I will be going back to them!  There are not enough stars to give this place the rating they truly deserve
